Shared governance is an important right for library faculty, but getting faculty to actually participate is crucial to its success. While library faculty governance can, at times, be tedious, it doesn’t have to be boring. By making a few simple changes, you can encourage your faculty to follow important issues, speak up about their concerns, and pitch in when work is needed.
