Webinar: Engaging New Employees

In this how-to workshop, Michelle Merritt shares how she developed a new employee orientation program to build employee engagement right from the start. Michelle shares her experience building a program from scratch--what worked, what didn’t, and what they plan to do to expand their existing program. All of Michelle’s tips are scalable so you can make them work no matter how big or how small your library is. Your library staff are your greatest potential asset. With a team of people who are fully trained and engaged there's no limit to what you can accomplish.
